Returns & Refunds

Von Dutch Australia Online are happy to refund items that are of incorrect size, fit or item/s that are defective/damaged as a result of a manufacturing issue. To return an item that is the wrong size or fit it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags and labels still attached to the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Please note that only refunds will be enabled. No exchanges.

Please note that Von Dutch Australia Online does not offer exchanges under any circumstances, including for size or fit issues. If you wish to receive the item in a different size, colour, or style, you will need to return your original purchase for a refund (subject to the above conditions) and place a new order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer. You can either pay by weight at the Post Office or create your return label online (Australian customers only).

Von Dutch Australia Online will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end.

We only accept returns purchased through https://vondutch.com.au.

If you have purchased your shoes from a Von Dutch stockist, please contact the store in which you purchased them from for further assistance. Von Dutch Australia Online cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges for purchases made outside of https://vondutch.com.au.

 

Faulty Product

A faulty product is an item that has been received with damage or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following the purchase (6 Months). Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

To return a product that is faulty please contact our Customer Service team via online@vondutch.com.au. Please include your order number, any photos and relevant information regarding the issue.

 

Sale Items

You are entitled to a refund for sale items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by Von Dutch Australia Online, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or Missing Returns

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank, PayPal or AfterPay account for payment of a Von Dutch Australia Online refund. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed all these steps and you still have not received your refund, then please contact the Von Dutch Australia Online Customer Service team at online@vondutch.com.au.
