Can I order by phone or email?
No, orders can’t be placed by phone or email. All purchases must be made through the Von Dutch Australia website or at one of our retail stockists nationwide.
Will I receive a confirmation email of my order?
Yes. For all product orders made on the Von Dutch Australia website, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of product purchased, contact information, delivery details and shipment method.
Can I make a change to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change an order once it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at online@vondutch.com.au within 24 hours of finalizing your order.
How do I cancel my order and receive a refund?
Once your order is placed and finalized, you’ll have 24 hours to cancel and receive a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact Von Dutch Australia Online Customer Service via online@vondutch.com.au.
Can I exchange my item at the retail store?
No. Products purchased on the Von Dutch Australia website cannot be exchanged at any of the retail stores stocking Von Dutch products.
